Agree.

In the case of rust and go all their dependency hell at least localized.

If it needs exact version and it is updated on weekly or daily basis, and if
it needs to be near the last version to be usefull, and nobody willing to
keep that hell in shape..

Let remove it if nobody willing to take care of it.
