Please let me know if this is the right format to use when sending 
in a patch, thank you! I have also tried setting up the lines to 70
characters as it mentions on the mailing list page hope it's easier
to read.

I have adjusted the URL to another official URL as I couldn't get a
 file explorer in the browser for the previous used link so I don't
know if that link will work or not. The link I changed it to is another
official source mentioned in the README of the package. The version
has been updated to a much more recent version which is needed for
vimtex as an example. I have no issues with the package on my end.
