Does it really make sense to name the package/port
cyclonedx-license-scanner? The binary and git repo are just named
license-scanner, it's helpful if binary name can be guessed more
easily from the package name, and it's a bit long to type.

Here's a tar with that change + a few other tweaks (mostly to
make it more similar to other ports, I installed the docs as well,
they're not very well formatted but better than nothing).
