Hey,

Thank you for looking over the port and making those changes. Those
do work perfectly fine (tested it on my testing machine again, too).
Neat thing about the include for all that depencency stuff.

As for the name, I'm completely fine with license-scanner, just called
it the full name bc. I thought it may be clearer.
