Here an updated diff which allows to control when minetest is linked against
atomic. Probably it is requried on some architectures or when it is built by
gcc. Have no idea, but you have a controll of it via AVOID_LINKING_ATOMIC

Remakrs:

1. Mixing ON/OFF and TRUE/FALSE at cmake option looks wired.

2. make update-patches complains as:
*** File patch-lib_irrlichtmt_source_Irrlicht_CIrrDeviceLinux_cpp is not a proper patch
*** Patch patch-lib_irrlichtmt_source_Irrlicht_CIrrDeviceLinux_cpp for patch-lib_irrlichtmt_source_Irrlicht_CIrrDeviceLinux_cpp not accounted for

I haven't tested it, only build and make port-lib-depends-check

The diff is attached as gz due huge.
