Well, I think we need to move headers from databases/iodbc into
/usr/local/include/iodbc to avoid piking a wrong library for used headers.

Probably that need to be done with switching some ports into unixodbc, but
it is the next step.

Indeed, it make things clenaer, indeed.

So, here an updated databases/unixodbc which doesn't build libltdl.
