I can't imagine any reason why anyone would still want to use
otter-browser. What was yours?

Who wants to use OpenBSD as a base system and use such a outdated
and unsecure web browser aka browser engine?

I would suggest deleting it. I don't think awolk@ has any interest
in it. It was me who touched it last time.
