Nevermind this hdf5 issue.  After again cleaning and building, all
tests for hdf5 succeed.  I don't know why it failed before.

I tested GRIB support of CDO.  This works.  So the netcdf issue (no
member named 'token' in 'union H5L_info1_t::...) is at least not
critical to this.
