I changed your netcdf port a bit to get in line with current ports and
replaced a deprecated option.  I attached the tarball.

But a make test fails on some member 'token' being used but not found
(see attached make-test).


Re: hdf5, after uninstalling any hdf5 packages, there were still some
files /usr/local/lib/libhdf5* left that I removed with 'pkg_delete
.libs1-hdf5'.  Is this something to worry about?
